CaaS is a design subscription service that offers creative solutions whenever you need them at hourly pricing. With our expert designers, easy collaboration platform, and flexible pricing, it's the simplest way to get your creative projects done!

What are the benefits of CaaS over hiring a full-time designer?

CaaS provides a cost-effective and flexible solution for businesses, offering access to a diverse team of creatives without the commitment of hiring full-time.

Additionally you might not always have enough work to keep a full-time designer busy, so you end up paying for unused time. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for your designer when you have work for them.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

We're here to help! Simply schedule a call with us, and we'll work out the best solution based on your team's needs and how much design work you expect to have. Let's find the perfect plan together!

Can I easily cancel or pause my monthly plan?

Yes you can easily cancel or pause your monthly plan at any time, We understand you might not always have design work every month. If you only need a few designs now and then, you can pause your subscription until you need it again.

Do I really get unlimited tasks requests and revisions?

Yes, you can submit as many tasks as you want with any plan. Your dedicated project manager makes sure each project starts off right, which means less hassle for you.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA)?

Yes, we do sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients.

How do I submit or manage my design requests?

After subscribing to one of our plans, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to get started. You'll be onboarded on Trello, our project management tool, to track task status and make new requests. Additionally, you'll be onboarded on Slack, our communication tool, where you can communicate with your designated project manager and design team for any project-related queries.

How quickly will I receive my designs and what's included in my design subscription?

On average, most design requests are finished within 24 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). The time it takes to complete your creative task depends on its complexity and the plan you've chosen. Your monthly subscription fee includes dedicated design hours, which you can utilize for any of your project requirements within our defined service scope.

What if I am not satisfied with the design?

Not an issue! We will continue to improve them until you are satisfied.

What types of design services are included in a subscription?

We offer a wide range of design services, you can view our whole stack of design service offering here.

What happens to my unused designing hours?

They rollover to next month! Any amount of your unused design hours will be added on to next month's hours, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you want to.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you want without affecting your ongoing projects.

How does the 10-hour trial period work?

Our 10-hour trial offers you a similar experience to our full-time plans at a very minimal cost, allowing you to experience our services before committing to a larger plan.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

While our team is experienced, there are certain types of requests we don't fulfil, such as 3D/CAD, advanced animations, photography, and video shoots.
